Iodine Safety Consulting was established in March of 1994 and is located in Drayton Valley, Alberta; Canada. Harvey L. Allen (CSSE), is the President and owner of the company. He has more than 25 years of experience in the health and safety business.
He started his career in health and safety with Texaco Canada Resources until they were purchased by Imperial Oil, whom he stayed with for an additional 4 years before starting Iodine Safety Consulting.
To date, Mr. Allen has written more than 400 Safety/Procedure/Emergency Response Manuals and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs.
In addition, he has performed more than 200 Health and Safety Audits as part of the Alberta Partnership program. Mr. Allen is also a certified TDG and WHMIS instructor, as well as a certified Independent Alcohol and Drug Tester and contracts with DriverCheck and DrugTec as a contact tester.
